Network size
Number of stores connected and number of active SKUs under management. Smaller networks pay less; large multi-banner groups get volume bands.
No two networks look alike. Solya is priced on a custom quote, calibrated to your network size, the AI compute you use, and the deployment scope you choose.

We sit down with you, scope the deployment, and write you a quote you can defend in a board meeting. Same model for everyone.
Number of stores connected and number of active SKUs under management. Smaller networks pay less; large multi-banner groups get volume bands.
Forecasts, optimization runs and agent reasoning consumed monthly. Most networks land in the standard tier; high-frequency cycles pay for the extra cycles they trigger.
Which decision loops you turn on first: replenishment, allocation, markdown, ops Q&A. You can start with one and expand at your pace.
Two components, both context-dependent. We size the exact figure with you, but here are the bands we work within.
One-time onboarding
€10,000 – €50,000
Connector setup, schema mapping and first-season model tuning. Smaller networks sit at the low end; the breakdown is explicit in your quote.
Subscription
€150 – €450/ store / month
Billed annually. Where you land in the band depends on network size, AI compute consumed and the decision loops you turn on.
Indicative ranges. Your quote is calibrated to your stack: book 30 minutes and we size it together.
No per-seat fees on the application layer. No surprise add-ons for the parts that matter.
Indicative scopes: your actual quote depends on your stack and the workflows you turn on. We’ll size it together.
5–15 stores
Single banner, 1–2 decision loops to start.
15–50 stores
Multi-shop, full decision loop across buying and ops.
50+ stores · multi-banner
Mature ops, multiple banners or geographies.
An annual subscription, billed per connected store, typically €150 to €450 per store per month depending on network size, AI compute consumed, and the scope of decision loops you turn on. A one-time onboarding (€10,000 to €50,000 by context) covers the first deployment season.
Retail stacks are heterogeneous: a 12-store apparel chain on Cegid and a 60-store multi-banner group on SAP need different scopes, integrations and SLAs. We’d rather size it together than ship a one-size-fits-none price list.
Any physical or digital sales point we connect: flagship, franchise, outlet, e-commerce site. Warehouses don’t count as stores; they’re included in the data layer at no extra cost.
The forecasts, optimization runs and agent reasoning your network triggers each month. Most networks fit comfortably in the standard band; high-frequency replenishment or large markdown campaigns can move you to the next.
Yes. A one-time onboarding fee, €10,000 to €50,000 depending on context, covers connector setup, schema mapping and the first season of model tuning. Smaller networks sit at the low end; we make the breakdown explicit in the quote.
First end-to-end decision running in 4 to 6 weeks for most networks. Full coverage of the chosen loops (replenishment, allocation, markdown, ops) typically takes one season.
